Research Programmer



Job Overview:
The Matrix Group is seeking a Computer Science student with at least one year experience writing program code for a part time position. Responsibilities:
  •   •  Develop and write programs for marketing research projects using WinCross tabulation software (utilizing both GUI interfaces and raw coding)
  •   •  Program online and mobile surveys using LimeSurvey, droidSURVEY, and other applications (utilizing both GUI interfaces and raw coding)

Skills Needed:
  •   •  Advanced understanding of programming principles, including logic, algorithms, and syntax development
  •   •  Experience with SQL, content management systems, and website development/maintenance a plus
  •   •  Very strong attention to detail
  •   •  Strong MS Excel skills
  •   •  Creative/design skills a plus
  •   •  Willingness to learn and become proficient in new programming applications

Pay Range:
$10 - $13 per hour

Training and support will be provided to ensure that the Research Programming Specialist will be familiar with our specific client methodologies and output expectations. We are willing to accommodate student schedules, and offer flexible hours, depending on specific project needs. (Employees may be able to choose preferred days to work.)
